River Valley Power Washing is family owned and operated company.  Randy Balk began his journey into the world of power washing in 2005 when he purchased a power washing franchise.  With that franchise he learned the ins and outs of the power washing world and how to best serve his community.  In 2016 he parted ways with that franchise, taking all his knowledge and expertise into forming River Valley Power Washing.

Lynn is the Administrative Assistant of River Valley Power Washing.  She runs the behind the scenes as you would say.  After graduating from the University of Iowa she joined the business full-time in 2007 alongside Randy learning the ropes and taking charge of the office activities.  She is responsible for managing the scheduling, customer communications and estimating.
